AnnotationThe paper deals with the problems of aerohydroelasticity about the oscillations of a pipeline that arise when a liquid flows through it. The stability conditions are obtained on the basis of a Lyapunov-type functional. Proposed methods for studying dynamics and stability in the case of delay in response time and damping of external influences.
