Annotation	The proposed research aims to develop a new method for the triangularization of linear systems of ordinary differential equations and to apply it to difference systems and systems of equations with deviating arguments. Based on the research findings, the project also envisages the development of a constructive algorithm for solving the problem, drawing upon the theory of systems of ordinary differential equations and employing methods from linear algebra, group theory, and algebraic and projective geometry, including elements of mathematical analysis.
