| Annotation | When solving the problem of aggressive media penetration into the construction material, it is necessary to know the movement of the aggression front, but the classical diffusion equation describing this process is a parabolic equation and does not specify the movement of this front. In this paper, for the first time, this process is described by a hyperbolic equation that defines the movement of the aggression front: the diffusion of an aggressive medium into the rod material is modeled by the heat wave equation, which makes it possible to isolate the movement of the diffusion front. |
