AnnotationThe paper considers an initial boundary value problem for the Navier-Stokes differential system used to describe a mathematical model of the so-called turbulent processes of transportation of Newtonian fluids with a certain viscosity. The model assumes that the liquid is a multiphase continuum medium and it has a complex internal rheology. A distinctive feature of the process under study is the absence of a classical differential equation at the nodal points in the network-like region. An optimization problem is presented that is relevant in the analysis of the processes of transferring continuous media over a network-like medium.
