Annotation	A boundary value problem with Dirichlet and Neumann conditions for a model elliptic pseudodifferential equation on a plane with sections along the coordinate axes is considered. The solution is sought in the Sobolev-Slobodetsky space. Using a special wave factorization of the elliptic symbol, the boundary value problem is reduced to an equivalent system of linear integral equations.
