AnnotationOn the basis of empirical data, patterns of wear of cylinder-piston parts are determined. Based on the natural change in the shape of rubbing surfaces and load redistribution models during operational wear of mates, design solutions have been developed to increase the durability and wear resistance of internal combustion engines. The novelty of the development is confirmed by RF patents for inventions and utility models.
