AnnotationThe authors investigate rigid spherical particle in a creeping incompressible flow. Far from the suspended sphere the flow is parabolic that corresponds to fluid movement in a tube with circular of elliptic cross-section. Disturbance caused by the particle is found by the method of multipole expansion. Basing on the solution obtained the forces acting on the particle and the particle’s relative velocity are found. Finally the trajectories of rigid spheres, which are straight lines, are obtained
