Annotation	The article describes the process of development complex of programs for monitoring and managing a desktop of a remote computer, which can be used when conducting scientific events in a remote form. The article presents the results of the analysis of network protocols, use case diagrams, a set of development tools and technologies, results of testing of the complex of programs.
