AnnotationThe article presents a comparative analysis of the efficiency of parallel implementations of classical iterative methods (Jacobi, Gauss-Seidel, SOR) for solving the Poisson equation in cylindrical coordinates on graphics processing units (GPUs). The study is based on computational acceleration techniques using CUDA technology and the PyCUDA library.
